I have young kids and never have to worry about being “creeped out” from anyone entering my home. They take good care of us. I have zero qualms highly recommending this spot

|Recommended: YesI highly recommend living here. The management team is very responsive and courteous. The maintenance team is professional, punctual, and does a great job every time i’ve needed them which is not often . The grounds are well kept and safe. My kids and I walk late in the evening and early mornings and never fear anything nefarious is going to happen.

|Recommended: YesCommunity for Families — I'm living in woods mill Park apartments for 2 years. This is very good community for all but best for families with kids. Its quite community and I never come across any nuisance yet. People for community come out, walk, jog, play tennis while kids bike and play in the playground. Maintenance services are excellent. Its quick and easy to schedule and after service, you will be updated about the service. The appliances are old in some of the apartments. Ample parking in the community and in front of the assigned home and never had any issue. Some of the apartments has garage parking as well. On Monthly Pay dedicated shed parking option is also available.
They do give referral bonus. I hope Checkout experience will be breeze as well.Overall a good community to live.
|Recommended: YesQuiet, private and good location — We enjoy the location, close to main highways and in a good School district. The houses are old but well maintained. Some minor details will need to be replaced or improved on the outside of the houses apartment buildings. Over the summer will be nice to have more bugs flies wasps control specially at the playground.
|Recommended: YesLovely property in close proximity to shops — We moved in just as the COVID crisis hit - we love the property - its well maintained and in close proximity to shops etc. Since it is an older property, some maintenance issues do creep up but they're well managed by the team as and when reported We really appreciate the management and hope we all get out of this crisis quickly

|Recommended: YesI love this property - Property is Always Clean, Well Maintained, Safe Neighborhood Freindly Environment — I personally think that Woods Mill Park Apartments is the Cleanest and Safest Community that I have lived in. The Staff is very professional and freindly. When I do have a problem with anything in my townhome - The problem is always handled in a very prompt manner. I would and always do recommend this community to anyone who asks. I have lived here for 1 1 2 years and I am very Happy

|Recommended: YesWell maintained property — I love my apartment because it is well kept with good quality appliances. Also, the office staff and maintenance technicians are professional. They listen to your concerns and get right on it to satisfy their tenants.

|Recommended: YesIt's a pretty swell spot to live — It's pretty quiet, the only problem i have is limited parking, but the carports do make up for that i suppose.
